Beginner-friendly meditation group that teaches you how to find stillness in your mind and body. You will learn ways to use your breath and body to quiet the noise, ease anxiety, reduce stress and overwhelm, build resilience, and access your own wisdom. No experience is necessary to attend. Each session will have its own unique focus to help your wandering attention. Practicing regularly will provide you with the most benefit. Join us as often as you can! Only $10 for the hour.
